Information you choose to share

When you request a business quote, we collect your company name, contact person, email, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle count and details, preferred date and any notes you provide. CDL-A driver applications include your contact details, home location, driving experience and qualification confirmation. Owner operator inquiries include your contact details, home location and equipment information.

How your information is used

The information is used to respond to your request, discuss vehicle transport or recruiting, and keep a record of the inquiry. Submitting a form does not book a shipment or establish an employment or contractor relationship. We do not use the form to request a payment, Social Security number or driver’s license image.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access should be limited to authorized people managing inquiries. Technical service providers support hosting and storage. Personal information is not displayed publicly on this website.

Your choices

Provide only information needed for your inquiry. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact Lada Trans Inc at (224) 648-7857 and include your request reference if available.

Your light or dark theme preference is stored in this browser so it stays selected when you return. It is not sent with your inquiry.

The recruiting invitation uses session storage to avoid appearing repeatedly during your visit.

Instagram and Google Maps links open external services with their own privacy policies. The website uses web fonts supplied by Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information such as an IP address. No advertising analytics or tracking pixels are installed in this version.
